Bits and Pieces

While researching my own family, I discovered that I was collecting many small bits and pieces of information that didn't quite fit into the family, but I hung on to them just in case I ever found that link. That way I wouldn't have to try to remember where I found the information or try to re-locate it.

I have also copied pages from census records, land records, marriage records, etc., and find that they have information on them that might assist others.

I am sure we have all done something on this order, at one time or another. Hence, this site, where we can place that information to be shared by others, and it just might lead us to the link we have been looking for!

Remember, these are partial entries, not the entire document. They may not answer your questions, but they may give you another clue as to where you might look for more information.

All records are listed by surname.
There may be more than one entry for each surname, but it does not necessarily signify that they are of the same family. Some names are grouped together, as they appeared on the original document.
