Howard, John Jr. (Dec 1886 - 11 APR 1901)
John Howard Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. John Howard, died at their home in this city (Neillsville, Clark County) last Thursday. Death was due to diphtheria of a malignant type. He was sick only from the previous Tuesday, having been at work Monday in the spoke factory. He was fifteen years and four months old. The funeral took place Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Howard have the sympathy of the entire community.
