Hans Nelson has purchased 120 acres off from the Hackett farm which . H. Estabrook recently bought, the latter taking Mr. Nelson's city property, excepting the blacksmith shop and lot, in the bargin. Mr. Nelson will put in a considerable amount of his time on the place and will begin building a residence on it at once. Sometime ago, Mr. Nelson also bought three forties east of town from Adolph Turnquist. Good for Mr. Nelson
