Babcock, Estelle (Marriage - 3 DEC 1902)
Mr. Edward Schroeder and Miss Estelle Babcock were united in marriage at the residence of the bride's parents in the town of Washburn, Clark Co., Wednesday, Dec. 3, 1902, Rev. Guy Campbell of Neillsville officiating.
The groom is one of the substantial men of his town. He was form some time manager of the R. Connor Co. mill in Weston and is a man of efficiency and trust. He owns a farm in Washburn, which he expects hereafter to carry on. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Babcock. She is one of Clark Country's best teachers, and a young lady of refinement and intelligence. A large number of guests were present at the wedding, and a bountiful repast was served to all. The large number of beautiful and costly presents bestowed indicated the esteem in which they are held by the people of their town and in fact by the entire circle of their acquaintances. The Rep & Press joins with their many friends in congratulations and good wishes.
