The report reaches us from Greenwood that a young man named Florence McCarthy, a train hand, was killed on the rail road near Withee last week. He was buried at Greenwood on Friday. He was a brother of Mrs. (Flora) T. H. Barber of Withee. Details of the accident did not reach us.
