Tragsdorf, Emma (Marriage - 16 FEB 1905)
Mr. John L. Walk and Miss Emma Tragsdorf were united in marriage Thursday evening Feb. 16, 1905, at 7:30, at the Ev. Lutheran Church, Rev. Brandt officiating. A goodly number of guests were present. Rudolph Walk, a brother of the groom, and W.A. Campman acted as groomsmen and Misses Mollie and Julia Tragsdorf, sisters of the bride, as bridesmaids. After the ceremony, a wedding supper was served at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Tragsdorf, attended by members of the bride's and groom's families. The young couple went to housekeeping at once, having rented the residence of Carl Walk. The groom is to continue in business here (Neillsville, Clark County) with his brother Paul. He is a capable and trusty young business man and by his friendly manner and even good temper has become a general favorite among their patrons. The bride is a young lady of good sense, ladylike manners and genuine worth. They take with them to their new home an abundance of the community's good will.
