Everett C. Fisher of this city and Miss Hazel Smith of Neillsville, Clark Co., Wis, were the principals in a very pretty wedding ceremony which was performed before nearly eighty assembled guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A.L. Fisher, 163 Terrace St. last evening. The house was decorated with a profusion of American Beauty roses and carnations, and palms and potted plants wer banked high in the parlor where the ring service was pronounced by Rev. J.W. Laughlin. Aglow with the mellow light of scores of Chinese lanterns the broad veranda presented a very inviting appearance. The bride and groom were unattended but were preceded in the wedding march by a little flower girl, Miss Gertrude Braden of Minneapolis, who carried a basket of pansies. Mendelsohn's sweet strains were played by Miss Marie Paulson. After the ceremony an elaborate repast was served. During its progress the happy couple quietly stole away and left for parts unknown on their honeymoon trip. They will be at home at 163 Terrace St. after May 15. The groom is a member of the leaf tobacco firm of Fisher and Fisher and is one of Janesville's most successful young business men.

The bride is an accomplished and attractive young lady who has already made many warm friends in this city.

Among the visitors from out of town who were present at the wedding were Dr. J.B. Ewing of Chicago and Mr. and Mrs. S.N. Braden of Minneapolis.
