Wagner, August (1867 - 21 Dec 1905)

August Wagner died at his home in this city (Neillsville, Clark County) Dec. 21, 1905, aged 38 years, after a lingering sickness from cancer of the stomach. For several years he lived on his farm in Pine Valley and later moved into Neillsville. He leaves a wife and child, his mother, three brothers and two sisters to mourn his death. The funeral was held Tuesday at the Lutheran Church in Pine Valley, Rev. Haas officiating.
