Silney, Vincent (? - 30 Augl 1907)
Vincent Silney, who had his foot cut off by a mower on Aug. 6, at his home in Levis, Clark County, died Friday last. Deceased was an Austrian, a man of more than average intelligence, but owing to some revolutionary ideas he had, met with disfavor with the Austrian government and had to leave his native land. He has a son who is an officer in the Austrian army, but as far as known, has no relatives in this vicinity.
