Schlinsog, Martha (Marriage - 15 Sep 1909)
Mr. Fred J.C. Lichte and Miss Martha Schlinsog were united in marriage at the Maple Works Lutheran Church, Clark County, Sept. 15, 1909, Rev. H. Brandt of Neillsville officiating. The groom was attended by Mr. Fred Hillert and Mr. Albert Schlinsog and the bride by her sister Margaret and Laura Gergmehle. The bride wore a silver gray silk and the bridesmaids wore white. The wedding march was played by John Trimberger. After the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Schlinsog, a large number of their friends receiving a hearty welcome and hospitable entertainment. The groom is one of the substantial and prosperous men of his community, honest, industrious and well liked by all. The bride is a young lady of the same excellent qualities. Together they are well qualified to make and maintain the home. With them go the best wishes of their many friends with whom we most heartily join.
