MacBride, Frances (Marriage - 14 Sep 1910)
Mr. Henry E. Williams and Mrs. Frances MacBride were married at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Laura Brown in Granton, Clark County, Wednesday morning Sept. 14, 1910, Rev. H.A. Risser officiating. The wedding was strictly private, only a few relatives being present. The bride and groom took the forenoon train for Milwaukee, where they will visit the state fair. About Oct. 1, they expect to go to Montana, where the groom has a homestead near Billings.
He is one of the best known business men of this end of the county, having engaged for several years past in farming, stock buying and real estate. He is a man of energy, integrity and business talent. The bride is equally well liked and respected. She was brought up in this city, graduated from the high school here and later from Stevens Point Normal, and has made a splendid record as a teacher. A host of friends feel a genuine interest in the welfare of the bride and groom, in which we join.
