Wahld, Paulina (23 Oct 1847 - 24 Jan 1911)
Mrs. Paulina Wahld, wife of Ferdinand Wahld, died at her home in this city Jan. 24, 1911, after a long and painful illness due to cancer. Deceased was born in Germany Oct. 23, 1847; came to this country in 1884, and to Clark County in 1895. Her protracted suffering excited the sympathy of all who knew ot it and a number of the good women of the city did all they could for her. She leaves her husband and four children: Mrs. Stefel of LaSalle, Ill., Mrs. Silen of Chicago; Mrs. W. Taggatz of Weston and a son Herman in Chicago. The funeral was held Wednesday at the German Lutheran Church.
