SOMER-STIGEN WEDDING
A very pretty wedding took place at Mrs. Gertrude STIGEN's home on Saturday, September 25th, when her daughter, Alma Josephine, became the bride of John J. SOMER, of Los Angeles, Washington. The bridesmaids were Miss Hattie STIGEN, sister of the bride, and Miss Emma MYRIN, cousin of the bride. The groomsmen were Theodore BROWN and Charles MYRIN, cousin of the bride. After the ceremony a sumptuous supper was served to about 75 guests. The bride is well and favorably known here, having been born and reared here. They were the recipients of many beautiful and useful gifts and about $100.00 in cash. The bridal couple will visit here with relatives and friends for about two weeks, after which they will leave for their home in Washington. The best wishes of a host of friends go with them on their journey.
