Austin, Henry (2 Jul 1891 - 14 Jul 1912)

Henry Austin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Volney Austin, formerly of Pine Valley, Clark County, but now living at Gemeke, Minn., was accidentally shot July 5, by a boy who was handling a 22 rifle. He was taken to the hospital at Bemidji and was operated on, but died Jul 14, 1912. He was born in Pine Valley and was 21 years old on Jul 2. Besides his father and mother he leaves three brothers and four sisters to mourn his untimely death. His death is a sad blow to his aged parents.
