Shummel, Eleanor (Marriage - 4 Sep 1912)
Mr. R. Bruce Armitage and Miss Eleanor Shummel were married at the Congregational Parsonage Sept. 4, 1912. Rev. H.A. Risser officiating. After the ceremony a supper and reception was given at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Shummel of this city (Neillsville, Clark Co.).
The groom is the son of Mrs. W.K. Armitage of the town of Weston and is a young man of industry and good character. The bride was born and brought up here and is a most estimable young lady. They will live at the old Armitage home in Weston. We extend our best wishes for their future success and happiness.
