The Grant Co. Democrat of Jul 18 published at Muscoda, records the death of John Dvorak at his residence in La Crosse Jul 14, 1913. Mr. Dvorak will be well remembered here (Neillsville, Clark County), having been interest in the livery business with his step-son, John Kutchera, for several years. From here they moved to a farm near Trempealeau, and later moved to La Crosse.

Those who accompanied the remains to Muscoda were: Mrs. Mary Dvorak and Mrs. Mary Sherna, Lacrosse; John Kutchera, Black River Falls; Mrs. Oscar Forte, Great Falls, Mont.; Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Kutchera, Trempealeau; and Otto Kutchera, Galesville, Wis.
