Neville, Michael (1845? - 3 Nov 1913)

Michael Neville, aged 68 years, another of Clark County’s old residents, passed from earth Nov. 3, 1913 at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Schmoll. Deceased was born in Missouri, and went with his family to Canada at an early age. About forty-five years ago he came to Clark County and settled at Christie, where he lived till he came to Neillsville about two years ago. He was a man of the pioneer type and did his full share in the development of this community, and had among the old settlers many warm friends. His wife died about eleven years ago. He leaves three sons, Philip, James and Michael, and two daughters, Mrs. Robert Syth and Mrs. John Schmoll. The funeral will be held Friday forenoon at the Catholic Church.
