Luck, Helena (Marriage - 19 Nov 1913)
Mr. Warren E. Hake and Miss Helena Luck were married Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, Nov. 19, 1913 at the Lutheran Church, Rev. H. Brandt officiating.
The groom, who is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. Hake of Grant, Clark County, is a most energetic and enterprising young farmer, and a young man of excellent character. He has come in contact with the public quite extensively as thresher man and has won the confidence and esteem of all.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Luck of Levis, Clark Co., and is a young lady well qualified to assume the duties of a home. She has a host of friends, especially among the young people of the community, and all join in wishing the newly wed couple a happy future. A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents after the ceremony.
