Wood, Nancy H. (Marriage - 14 Feb 1914)
Mr. Chas. Edward Wightman and Miss Nancy Hazel Wood were married Saturday Feb. 14, 1914, at the Congregational Parsonage, Rev. H.A. Risser officiating. Mr. Earl Wood, brother of the bride, acted as best man and Miss Glenn Woodcock as bridesmaid.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Wightman of Pine Valley, Clark County. He was brought up in Neillsville and out on the farm, and is a young man of industry and good habits.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Wood of Pine Valley. She attended the city schools and graduated from the high school in the class of 1913. She is a bright, intelligent young lady and is endowed with good common sense and has had such a home training as fit her well for the duties of life.
The young couple will live on the Wightman farm in Pine Valley.
