Alton, Viola (Marriage - 26 Mar 1914)
Mr. Earl Lawrence and Miss Viola Alton, both of the town of York, Clark County, were united in marriage March 26, 1914 at the M.E. Parsonage, Rev. F.G. Nogle officiating. They were attended by Mr. Horace Van de Berg as groomsman and a sister of the bride, Miss Fern Alton, as bridesmaid. The groom was brought up in the town of York and is a young man of excellent character. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Alton, who also live in York. For some time the family were residents of Neillsville and the bride has many friends here. We join in offering our best wishes for their prosperity and happiness.
