Selz, Helen (15 Jan 1919)
A very pretty wedding took place at St. Joseph's Church at Fairview, on Jan. 15, 1919, at nine o'clock, when Rev. Fr. Ellmauer united in the holy bonds of matrimony, Miss Helen Selz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Selz, and Mr. Alfred Kunz of Dodgeville, Wis. The bride was attended by Miss Mary Weber from Durand, while Mr. Leo Selz acted as best man.
The bride was attired in white satin trimmed with Georgette and silver beading and wore a silk veil and bridal wreath, and carried a shower bouquet of carnations and ferns. The bridesmaid wore a dress of new rose colored silk poplin with white satin trimming. The groom and best man each were dressed in suits of blue serge. Miss Gertrude Melcher played the wedding march.
After a brief
wedding tour, Mr. and Mrs. Kunz will be at home at Dodgeville,
where the groom is employed. The hearty congratulations and best
wishes of a host of friends in this vicinity are with them on their
journey through life.
