HUMBIRD ENTERPRISE (Humbird, Clark County, Wis.) 04/12/1924 Crandell, Lillian
R. (1870? - 26 Mar 1924) T. J. Andrus was
grief-stricken upon receiving the sad news of the death of his
eldest daughter, Mrs. Lillian Rose Crandell, fifty-three years of
age, at her home in Bellingham, Wash., at 10:20 o'clock March 26,
1924, following a sudden attack of apoplexy. Mrs. Crandell
moved here at the early age of three years and resided with her
parents at the farm home at Nettleton's Corners, until her marriage
to Sanford Crandell. Seventeen years ago she moved with her husband
to Bellingham, Wash., where she was a member of the Mothers' club
and the Wisconsin club of that city. Survivors are the
husband, Sanford E. Crandell; five sons, three daughters, all of
Bellingham, Wash.; the father, T. J. Andrus of Humbird, Clark
County, Wis.; four sisters, Mrs. Joseph Hartman, Bellingham, Mrs.
Joseph Doyle, Mrs. Frank Galster, Mrs. Reno Iehl; and three
brothers, Harvey of Yakima, Wash., Sherman Andrus of Chicago,
Thomas of Vermont; and five grandchildren. One daughter, Nellie,
then 23 years of age, died five years ago. Burial was at her
late home at Bellingham. She also leaves to mourn her death a host
of friends of that vicinity, whose sympathies go out to the
sorrowing ones in such an hour of grief. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
