Machnick, Fama (16 JAN 1921)

The wedding of Ignatz C. Sobczak of this village (Humbird, Clark County, Wis.), and Miss Fama Machnick of Fairchild, was celebrated at St. John's Catholic Church in Fairchild at 9:00 last Monday morning. Rev. F. J. Brozostowicz officiated.

The bride was prettily gowned in a wedding dress of white crepe de chine, and was accompanied by her sister, Miss Louise Machnick, as bridesmaid. The bridesmaid wore a gown of peach colored crepe de chine. Mr. Alex Machnick, brother of the bride, was best man. After the wedding ceremony the bridal party went to the home of the bride's parents, on the farm near Fairchild, where a wedding banquet was served, only immediate relatives being present.

Mr. Sobczak and bride arrived in our village Wednesday noon and are receiving congratulations and best wishes of a large circle of old friends and acquaintance, in which we join.
