HUMBIRD ENTERPRISE (Humbird, Clark County, Wis.) 08/18/1923 Olson, Selma (12
AUG 1923) From Garfield
correspondent in Black River Falls Banner: "Miss Selma Olson and
Emmett Peterson motored to Winona last Saturday, where they were
married. The bride is one of our most popular young ladies. She
graduated from the Humbird, Clark County, Wis. High School in 1914
and has taught school in North Dakota for eight years, spending her
vacations here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Olson. She will
make an efficient helpmate. The groom was born and reared to
manhood here, graduating from the Osseo High School in 1917. He has
taught school in this county, the past two years at Foster, and was
very successful in his vocation. He is very popular among the
younger set, is honest and ambitious and will no doubt reach the
height of his ambition. They are spending their honeymoon visiting
various places of interest, after which they will settle at
Milwaukee, where Mr. Peterson will be employed." © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
