Mr. Samuel R. Newton and Mrs. Maude Russell were united in the holy bonds of matrimony at 10:30 o'clock Wednesday morning at the M. E. Parsonage in Fairchild, Eau Claire Co., Wis. Rev. Alex J. Abbott officiated, using the double ring ceremony. The happy couple were accompanied by the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Campbell, and her sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Will Rosolack of this village (Humbird, Clark County, Wis.)

After a short tour, Mr. and Mrs. Newton will be at home on the groom's farm south of town. Both of these popular young people have a host of friends in this vicinity who join in heartiest congratulations and best wishes for a long and happy journey for them on life's matrimonial sea.
