Sturtz, Rhoda Olive (26 July 1864 - 10 May 1922)
Rhoda Olive Sturtz was born in Bedford County, Penn., July 26, 1864, where she lived with her parents until 1894, when she married Samuel W. Sturtz and moved to Franklin Grove, Ill. They lived here until 1903 when they moved to Iowa. They lived there until 1907 and then moved to Greenwood, where they remained until she died on May 10, 1922. She had been in feeble health for some time and was a woman of most noble Christian character, trying always to do her utmost for the good of others. She was patient and uncomplaining through all her sufferings. She leaves to mourn her death her husband and two sons, James and Howard, at home. She also leaves two sisters and three brothers--- Mrs. Alice Smith of Cumberland, Md., Mrs. Bessie Schlinkert of Marshfield, Frank of Scottdale, Penn., Charles and Ellery of Johnstown, Penn.
