James Hughes

James K. Hughes, 67, Greenwood, died on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2004, at the Clark County Health Care Center, Owen. There will be no funeral services.

James K. Hughes was born on Nov. 14, 1936, in Wood County, to James E. and Genevieve (nee Carskaden) Hughes. He was raised on the family farm south of Greenwood and educated in a country school. He graduated from Greenwood High School in 1955. After completing his education, he went to work for Greenwood Milk Products, where he was employed for many years. He resided in Greenwood until entering the nursing home in 1996.

Survivors include friends.

Cuddie Funeral Home, Greenwood, handled the arrangements.
