Cheese Factory Scorched
About 9:30 Monday forenoon, fire was discovered on the roof of the south part of the cheese factory. The bucket brigade was soon on duty and the fire put out. Some holes were burned in the roof and a few rafters charred. Water dripping down damaged the living apartments of Mr. Krueger and family somewhat. Insurance was carried by the Lynn Mutual. Mr. Krueger estimates repairs will cost $200. Repair work started Tuesday morning.
Note of Thanks:
We wish to thank all who assisted in any way in saving our property and household effects at the time of the fire last Monday. -- Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Krueger
