JUN 1921) Miss Edna Miller,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Miller of the town of Sherman, Clark
County, Wis., and Arthur Mellenthin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Mellenthin of the town of Unity, Clark County, were united in
marriage at the Lutheran Church at Veefkind on Wednesday afternoon,
June 22, 1921, at 2 o'clock, the Rev. Matter officiating. The bride wore a
dress of white georgette over satin, and her veil was in bandeau
effect and fastened with a band of pearls. She carried a shower
bouquet of pink and white roses. The bride's attendants were Miss
Violantha Kommer, who wore a gown of white organdy, and Miss Adelia
Schwantes, who wore a gown of pink organdy. Their bouquets were of
pink roses. Louis Miller and Albert Schultz attended the groom.
Gertrude Ewalt, the flower girl, wore a white dress and carried a
bouquet of roses. The ceremony was
followed by a wedding dinner for relatives and friends. Both young people
have lived in this community since childhood and have a large
circle of friends who will be pleased to join the Record in
