TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 06/29/1922 Sladek, Mary (26
JUN 1922) St. Balthasar's
Catholic Church was the scene of a pretty wedding on Monday morning
June 26th, 1922, when Miss Mary Sladek became the bride of Mr.
Louis Walters, Rev. Joseph F. Stenz performing the ceremony. The bride was
attired in a gown of white satin messaline, wore a wreath and veil
and carried a bouquet of roses and lilies of the valley. The couple was
attended by Misses Annie Walters, Josephine Lukas and Antonia
Harding, and Messrs. Vencel Sladek, Anton Walters and Albert
Scheckelman. Following the
ceremony a large number of guests enjoyed an all day reception at
the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vencel Sladek, and
the evening was spent in dancing at the Heintown Hall. The couple are
popular young people and have many friends, who join with the
Tribune in extending congratulations. Mr. and Mrs.
Walter will be at home on the groom's farm, where they went to
housekeeping immediately. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
