A quiet wedding took place at Marshfield Tuesday evening, Sept. 12, 1922, when Miss Irene, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Evans was united in marriage to Mr. Clayton Bassett, both of Loyal, Clark County, Wis.
They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. C. Olstinski of Marshfield. Rev. Jorden performed the ceremony. They left the next morning for Chippewa Falls, where they attended the fair for a few days. Both young people are well and favorably known in this vicinity and the Tribune joins with their many friends in extending congratulations and best wishes.
