TRIBUNE (Loyal, Clark County, Wis.) 10/26/1922 McVean, Mildred C.
(11 OCT 1922) A quiet wedding
took place on last Wednesday evening, Oct. 11, 1922, at the home of
Mrs. Emma McVean, in the town of Unity, Clark County, Wis., when
her daughter, Mildred Charlotte, was united in marriage with Milton
W. Bombard of this place. At eight o'clock
the young couple attended by Miss Beulah Bombard and Frank McVean,
entered the parlor, and beneath the arch of pink and white, the
words which united the hearts were spoken by Rev. Fleming of Unity.
Only the immediate relatives and friends were present. Both the bride and
her bridesmaid were attired in navy blue and carried bouquets of
white carnations. Little Miss Clair Fenhouse, niece of the bride,
acted as flower girl and carried a large bouquet of pink roses. She
wore a very pretty dress of white serge. Immediately after
the ceremony the guests were escorted to the dining room, where a
bounteous supper was served. This room was also beautifully
decorated in pink and white. Both young people
are well and favorably known here. They will make their home on the
groom's farm in the town of Unity. (Spencer Record) © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
