Mr. Otto Schultz and Miss Vivian Buettner, both of the town of Weston were quietly married Wednesday, August 30, 1922, at the Lutheran parsonage at Globe, Rev. Parisius officiating. Miss Helen Gessert of Stratford acted as bridesmaid and Irvin Hemp of Globe was best man. The wedding guests were limited to the near relatives of the bridal pair and Miss Hilda Vergenz of Stratford, a close friend of the bride. The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Buettner and is greatly esteemed by all who know her. The groom is a successful young farmer and the oldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Pat Lyden. They will soon go to housekeeping on the groom’s farm north of Globe.
