Winters, Arthur (1885 - *24 March 1923)*This date is just going on what the obit states.

The serious illness of Arthur Winters terminated in his death late Saturday night at his home in the fourth ward. He has been ill for many weeks and the trouble, which seems to have been an inward growth, did not yield to treatment. He was a cement worker by trade, but has been hampered considerably the past year by ill health. The bereaved family, consisting of the wife and six small children, have the heartfelt sympathy of everybody in the community. Deceased was born in the town of Pine Valley, Clark County, in 1885, where his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Winters, at present live. He also leaves two brothers, George and Eli, in the Dakotas. Funeral services were held from the home Tuesday afternoon with interment in the Prairie cemetery. Fennimore Times.
