Denzin, Alvin H. (03 April 1917-03 April !975)
Alvin H. Denzin, 58, Town of Holton, died Thursday in a Marshfield hospital.
Services will be Saturday at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Dorchester. The Rev.
Roland Golz will officiate and burial will be in the Abbotsford cemetery.
Friends May call at the Kraut-Maurina Funeral Home in Dorchester.
Mr. Denzin was born April 3, 1917, in the Town of Holton, son of the late Mr.
and Mrs. Fred Denzin. On January 11, 1939, in Milan, he married Evelyn Kloth,
who survives. He farmed in the Town of Holton area all of his life.
Survivors, besides his wife, include a daughter, Joan Ann, at home, a son,
Gordon Denzin, 1020 S. Ninth Ave., Wausau; a brother Arno, Isle, Minnesota; five
sisters, Mrs. Elsie Swendson, Wabasha, Minnesota; Mrs. Arleen Schoettler and
Mrs. Mildred Peich, both of Tomahawk, Mrs. Viola Cure, Midlothian, Illinois, and
Mrs. Dora Poderski, Evergreen Park, Illinois; and three grandchildren.
