Schoenherr, Lilly H. (25 Sep 1923)
Mr. Edward C. Kroll and Miss Lilly H. Schoenherr were united in marriage Tuesday, Sept. 25, 1923, at Globe Lutheran Church, Rev. Parisius officiating. The groom was attended by Will Hoffman of Weston and Fred Zipfel of Grant, and Miss Grace Schoenherr, sister of the bride and Miss Frederica Kroll in blue. In the afternoon and evening a large reception was held at the home of the bride's parents. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Kroll of Weston, Clark County, Wis. He has always lived at home on his father's farm and is an industrious upright young man. He has had an excellent training in farming under the instruction of his father, who is considered one of the most skillful and progressive farmers in this county. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eric Schoenherr of West Weston. She has lived all her life in the parental home and has there learned the arts of housekeeping and has been trained in all those thing that make a comfortable and happy home. She is much liked by all her acquaintances.
This young couple begins married life with every prospect of success on the recently purchased farm of Wm. F. Bradford of the town of York, and the good wishes of a large circle of friends go with them. It is a fine thing for Clark County to have young people like this couple make a home on the farm.
