A very pretty wedding was solemnized at the home of Mrs. Henry Hahn, 201 W. Main St., Sunday afternoon at 5:30 o'clock, when Miss Helen Schroeder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Schroeder of this city, became the bride of Mr. Harry Manwaring of Grand Rapids, Mich. The bride was attended by her cousin, Miss Juanita Huebing, and Harold Schroeder, brother of the bride served as best man. Rev. W. Kansier of St. Peter's Lutheran Church performed the ceremony. The bride was attired in a beige colored georgette dress embroidered in gold beads and carried a shower bouquet of bride's roses and lilies of the valley. Miss Huebing wore green crepe de chine with silver lace and a corsage bouquet of sweet peas.
The home was decorated in pink and white and a course dinner was served to the following guests: Mr. and Mrs. F. Roewer, Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Schroeder, Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Hahn, Miss Wanda Hoeverman, Mr. Milton Struebing of this city, Miss Agnes Brandt of Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., and Chester Harvey of Detroit, Mich.
