Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Lutheran Parsonage in Neillsville, Clark County, Wis., occurred the marriage of Miss Alma Buchholtz of Christie, Clark County and Mr. Fred May, son of Mr. and Mrs. John May, also of Christie. Rev. H. Brandt officiated. The bride was attired in white lace over Canton Crepe and wore a veil and carried a bouquet of pink roses. Miss Martha Buchholtz, who acted as bridesmaid, wore gray crepe de chine. Arthur May acted as best man.
The bride is one of Christie's most popular and esteemed young women. The groom is an ex-service man and proprietor of the Christie store.
A wedding dance was given in the evening to their many friends.
