Swann, Nellie (Marriage - 30 June 1923)

Mr. Leo Hantke and Miss Nellie Swann were quietly married Saturday June 30, at the Methodist parsonage in Neillsville, Rev. W. T. Scott officiating. They were attended by Mr. Roy Sukow of Pleasant Ridge and Miss Marion Wahl of this city. They bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Swann, were also present. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Hantke of the town of Grant. He has always lived at home with his parents. He is an industrious young man and has an excellent reputation in the community. The bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Swann, also lived in the town of Grant. She finished the rural schools, has completed the junior year in Neillsville high school, and has many friends not alone in her own neighborhood, but among the young people around Neillsville. The young couple will live at the Otto Hantke farm which they will carry on.
