announcing the marriage of Miss Josephine Risser to Mr. Guerdon
Bassett at the Congregational Church, Cleveland, Lake Minnetonka,
Minn., Saturday, May 31, 1924. The bride is the daughter of Rev.
and Mrs. H. A. Risser, and spent a number of years of her girlhood
life here when Mr. Risser was pastor of the Congregational Church
in Neillsville, Clark County high school and later from Lawrence
College. For some time past she has had a position in the library
system of Minneapolis. She is a young lady of fine mentality and
lovable qualities of mind and heart. The groom is
unacquainted here, but will have the congratulations of all who
know the bride. They will be at
