NEILLSVILLE PRESS (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 11/13/1924 Anderson, Esther
(8 NOV 1924) Mr. Henry A.
Rottjer of Loyal, Clark County, Wis. and Miss Esther Anderson of
Neillsville, were quietly married Saturday forenoon, Nov. 8, 1924,
at the Congregational Parsonage, Rev. G. W. Longenecker
officiating. They were attended by William Rottjer, brother of the
groom, and Miss Helanda Martens of Neillsville. Immediately after
the ceremony the bride and groom drove to Loyal, where preparations
for housekeeping were made at one, the groom having the new home
already furnished. The bride is the
daughter of Mrs. Augusta Anderson; she was born and grew to
womanhood here, graduated from Neillsville High School, and for
some time has been employed as secretary in the office of Clerk of
Circuit Court. In school, in a social way, and in her contact with
people in her work at the courthouse, she won many friends. She is
a young lady of fine personality and lovable qualities of
disposition. The groom is a stranger to people here, in a
considerable measure. His people moved to a farm near Loyal a few
years ago and for some time past he has been in business in that
village. The Press joins
with the many friends in wishing this young couple a happy and
prosperous life. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
