Stafford, A. G. (1869? - 10 Aug. 1925)

DEATH OF FORMER NEILLSVILLE BOY

The Chippewa Herald of Aug. 10, records the death of A. G. Stafford of that city, by an overdose of medicine he was using for failing eyesight. His age was 56 years. He was born in Neillsville and was the son of A. K. Stafford, brother of Len Stafford who founded Staffordville the defunct town formerly lying north of the this city. Deceased was a stenographer of some not and was much employed in special cases as court reporter. He was socially very popular in Chippewa Falls. He is survived by one sister, Evelyn Stafford. He was a cousin of Judge W. H. Stafford.
