Rodman, Daisy Belle (November 1, 1916 - April 20, 1935)

After only a week’s illness, Mrs. Bernard Rodman age 18, of the Town of Pine Valley passed away at the Neillsville Hospital, Saturday April 20, 1935.

Daisy Belle Oldham, daughter of William and Emma (Boll) Oldham was born in the Town of Pine Valley, November 1, 1916 and grew to womanhood there. On July 7, 1934, she was united in marriage with Bernard Rodman, who survives her. She had a kind and gentle disposition, and was loved by all who knew her during her life which seemed all too brief.

Surviving her is her husband, her parents, a sister, Genevieve Hagen, four brothers LaFayette, of Alma Center; William of Neenah; Charles of the Town of Hewett and Ray at home; a half brother Guy, and three half sisters, Gertrude, Jessie and Viola. A brother Joe drowned several years ago.

An aunt, Mrs. Bert Mooney, of Kaukauna, was here for the funeral, which was held on Monday afternoon, April 22, at Schiller’s Funeral Home with Rev. G. W. Longenecker officiating.
