Reichert, Ferdinand William (8 May 1879 - 10 Sept. 1925)
Ferdinand William Reichert died at his home in Granton Sept. 10, after a lingering illness of several years. He was 46 years, 5 months and one day old, at the time of his death. He was born in Sheboygan county May 8, 1879, and came to Maple Works with his parents when he was about three years of age, and had made that locality his home most of the time since. He learned the jewelry trade and followed that business in Granton for the past fourteen years.
Oct. 10, 1917, he was married to Miss Clara Jahr, who with their little son Eldred, six years of age, survive him.
Mr. Reichert was a man of quiet manner, refined and gentlemanly in his tastes, and had the confidence of all who knew him as a man of integrity and uprightness. He will be greatly missed in his home and community.
The funeral was held at Maple Works Church Sunday, Rev. Martens officiating.
