Resong, Mrs. Emma (Marriage - 16 Oct. 1925)
On Thursdsay, October 16, Mr. Arthur Christen of the town of Cleveland in Jackson County and Mrs. Emma Resong of Neillsville were united in marriage at the Reformed church parsonage, Rev. D. Grether officiating. They were attended by the groom’s sister, and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Johnson of the town of Cleveland. The groom is a prosperous farmer, and a young man of fine reputation and character and popular with all who know him. The bride is a lady of finest womanly qualities. During the years of her residence here she has won the respect of everyone who knows her.
After a visit with relatives and friends at Oshkosh and Sheboygan, Mr. and Mrs. Christen will begin housekeeping on the groom’s farm home in Garden Valley, Jackson County. The Press extends best wishes.
