Jukl, Joseph Sr. (1856 - 29 Augl 1926)

Joseph Jukl of the town of Levis, Clark County, Wis., passed away Aug. 29, 1926, after an illness of several months. He underwent an operation in the hospital at Marshfield, which failed to give him any relief.

Deceased was born in Czechoslovakia in 1856, and grew to manhood there. He came to America with his wife and family in 1912, and located in Chicago where he lived 3 years. They moved to the town of Levis and resided there since, until his death.

He was a man of a quiet manner, good husband and father and a kind neighbor. He leaves his wife and four children, Joseph, James, Bessie and Marie Jukl. The funeral was held at the home Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 1, Rev. Chas. Rawson officiating.
