NEILLSVILLE PRESS (Neillsville, Clark County, Wis.) 12/16/1926 Larson, Theodore
A. (11 Augl 1864 - 6 Dec 1926) Theodore A.
Larson, the son of Johanna and Nelson Larson, was born in La Crosse
Co., Wis., Aug. 11, 1864. He married Emma Johnson May 11, 1889. Of
this union were born one daughter, Mabel Josephine, who died June
4, 1926, and five sons, Bennie, Perry, Archie, Ernest and
Leonard. Mr. Larson was
taken sick while working for Ross Paulson, who was doing work in
the woods at Drummond, Wis., for the Rust Owen Lumber Co. He
started for home, but died Dec. 6, 1926 on the train somewhere
between Drummond and Rice Lake. His sons, Bennie and Perry were
also working at Drummond, but they had not considered their father
seriously ill, so he was permitted to start on the journey
alone. The funeral
services were held at the family home in Columbia, Dec. 11, Rev. G.
W. Longenecker, the Congregational Minister of Neillsville,
officiating. Interment was made in the Columbia Cemetery. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
