(1857? - 29 JUN 1927) Riley Kenyon, for
23 years a resident of this locality (Clark County, Wis.), died at
his home in the town of Levis, Clark County Wednesday afternoon,
June 29, 1927, aged 70 years. In early life, Mr. Kenyon lived at
Sparta and was employed as brakeman on the railroad, but met with
an accident which disabled him for railroad service. About 23 years
ago he came here and was employed for some time in Mead Bros.

a faithful worker, a man of good habits, and had the respect of all
who knew him. Mr. Kenyon was
twice married. The children of the first marriage were three sons,
Walter of Sparta, Carl in Iowa and John in California. The first
wife having died, he was married 30 years ago in Sparta to Mrs.
Delia Dittman, who survives. By this marriage there are 3 children:
Minnie, Mrs. Henry Huebscher of Neillsville, and two sons, Warren
and Ernest at home. The funeral was
held at 2:30 Sunday afternoon at the M. E. Church in Neillsville,
Rev. S. J. Lambright officiating. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
