Johnson, Elgie (15 JUN 1927)

Mr. Walter Neuman and Miss Elgie Johnson were married at the Lutheran Parsonage, Winona, Minn., June 15, 1927, Rev. C. Freohloe officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Johnson of Levis, Clark County, Wis. She attended Neillsville High School and was employed in a number of positions here. For the past year she has been assisting her sister in a restaurant at Abbotsford. She is well prepared for the duties of a home of her own and is a young lady of a pleasing personality which has made her friends wherever she is known.

The groom was brought up on a farm near Curtiss, Clark County and now owns a farm of his own in that locality, where they will live. He is a stranger here, but has made a good impression on all whom he has met and acquired some friends on his occasional visits here.
