(21 JUN 1927) A very pretty June
wedding was celebrated at the Lutheran Church at Loyal, Clark
County, Wis., at 2 o'clock p.m. Tuesday, June 21st, 1927, when Miss
Amanda Andereg of the town of York, Clark County, , and Mr. Russel
Gross of the town of Loyal, were united in the holy bonds of
matrimony, Rev. Pohlman officiating. The bride was attended by her
sister, Miss Alma Andereg and Miss Eva Gross, a sister of the
groom. The groom was attended by Julius Gilbert and Edward Andereg.
Miss Gladys Andereg acted as flower girl. The bride wore a
white satin faced canton crepe dress with lace and carried a
bouquet of roses and ferns. The bridesmaids wore light blue, maize
and pink georgette and also carried flowers. After the ceremony a
reception was held at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Jake Andereg, followed by a six o'clock dinner. The rooms were
prettily decorated for the occasion. The bride and
groom are well known in this locality, the groom being a son of Mr.
and Mrs. Fred Gross, and have a host of friends who wish them much
joy and happiness. They left
Wednesday on a short wedding trip to the Dells of Wisconsin. They
returned home Saturday and will reside on the groom's farm a mile
north of Spokeville, Clark County. © Every submission is protected by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act
